• Target Group: HR manager, Compliance in charge, compliance team
• Duration: half day
• Number of participant: 5 participants / batch
• Venue:  Classroom on factory site

The participants will gain understanding on:

• Concept of internal training policy and need assessment
• Planning and scheduling the training programme
• Prioritizing the trainings and selection of participants
• Required training facility and trainer
• Training materials

3. Deliverables:

• Guideline to prepare a training plan (monthly and quarterly)
• Training tools
•  Record maintaining and reporting format
